Pure Speed, Earned Through Control
Demo 11 was built for one objective: go faster everywhere. Not through excess or hype, but through control, predictability, and race-proven engineering that lets riders commit without hesitation and carry more speed from top to bottom.
Developed over three years with World Cup-winning prototypes and the Specialized Gravity Team, the all-new S-Works Demo 11 delivers unmatched composure when the terrain is at its fastest and most violent. When the bike stays calm under maximum load, confidence becomes instinct. Flow becomes speed.
This is downhill speed through trust.

Demo 11 Delivers:
· Control at the limit
FACT 11m carbon chassis engineered to stay precise under World Cup race loads, delivering stability and predictability when speed and consequences are highest.
· Fully active, fully independent suspension
HighGear drivetrain and Over Bottom Bracket (OBB) linkage work together to isolate drivetrain forces, keeping the suspension active through the roughest terrain with virtually no pedal feedback.
· Calm through chaos
Self-Aligning Chassis design keeps the rear wheel tracking straight deep in the travel, reducing corrections and maintaining composure as loads increase.
· Speed-focused kinematics
Optimized axle path and a 24% progressive leverage curve balance momentum, traction, and support — absorbing square-edge hits while maintaining forward drive.
· World Cup-proven geometry adjustability
Adjustable front-center, bottom bracket height, and size-specific rear centers allow racers to fine-tune balance without compromising stability.
· Race-ready durability
HighGear increases ground clearance by 30mm and protects key drivetrain components, eliminating run-ending chainring failures and unlocking new lines.

Integrated Suspension Architecture
HighGear Drivetrain
A patent-pending system developed with SRAM that decouples drivetrain forces from suspension movement. Raises ground clearance by 30mm, eliminates pedal kickback, and keeps suspension fully active through the biggest impacts.
OBB (Over Bottom Bracket) Linkage
Provides independent control of axle path, leverage rate, and braking behavior — allowing the bike to stay composed under hard braking and aggressive riding without compromise.
Self-Aligning Chassis
Shock loads are pulled rather than pushed through the rear triangle, naturally keeping the chassis in alignment. As speeds increase, the bike tracks straighter and requires fewer corrections.

“I’ve never felt anything like it. The bigger the impacts, the more stable and calm the bike is. It’s pure confidence. Pure speed.”
