Red Rock Bicycle Return & Exchange Policy

 

Our Commitment

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a return, exchange, or adjustment.

Return Window

  • Bicycles, accessories, apparel, and gear:
    30 days from purchase or delivery

Returns must be initiated within 30 days.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition

  • Must be in original packaging, tags, and all components included

  • Must include proof of purchase

Items showing wear, installation, or damage may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Bicycle Returns

We want you to love your bike. If it’s not the right fit:

  • Bikes may be returned within 30 days in like-new condition

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply

  • Original shipping and build costs are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on online orders

Before processing a return, our team will always work with you on:

  • Fit adjustments

  • Component swaps

  • Exchanges for a better match

Electronics

  • Unopened electronics: Returnable within 30 days

  • Opened electronics: Final sale unless defective or under warranty

Clearance & Final Sale Items

  • All clearance, closeout, and discounted items are final sale

Online Orders

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and bike must be in original shipping materials

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item was incorrect or defective

  • We recommend using insured shipping with tracking

How to Start a Return

In-Store

Bring your item and proof of purchase to any Red Rock Bicycle location.

Online

  1. Email ridersolutions@redrockbicycle.com

  2. Include:

    • Name and phone number

    • Item(s)

    • Return type (return, exchange, warranty)

    • Reason for return

  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RMA)

  4. Ship item with RMA clearly marked on the box

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Processed after inspection and approval

  • Please allow time for your financial institution to post the refund

Exchanges

We strongly encourage exchanges to ensure you get the right product. Our team will prioritize getting you dialed with the right fit or gear.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Warranty items must be inspected

  • We will assist with claims and coordination
