Spearfish is Salsa's endurance XC bike built to thrive in the world's toughest single- and multi-day races from Marji Gesick to the Arizona Trail Race. It combines lightweight efficiency and capability—a formula that makes all the difference in the 11th hour. The frame features carbon fiber seatstays and chainstays paired with 6061-T6 aluminum links for durability. The Split Pivot suspension design delivers 120mm of travel that's responsive when putting down power, fully active under braking, and supportive throughout the middle and end of its stroke. A 120mm suspension fork complements the rear suspension. The Split Pivot+ design philosophy allows riders to adjust rear travel from 100–120mm and is compatible with 100–130mm forks. A rear flip chip adjusts the head tube angle and bottom bracket height to accommodate varying terrain and personal preference. The endurance XC geometry features a 66.3-degree head tube angle and 77.3-degree seat tube angle. The frame accommodates up to 29 x 2.4" tires and includes molded frame protection. Sizes XS–SM fit two full-size bottles plus an accessory mount, while sizes MD–XL fit three full-size bottles. The top tube has mounts for the EXP-R Series Trillium Top Tube Bag or K-Edge computer mounts, and there's a dedicated tool and tube mount location.
