Has vast technical knowledge of both bicycles, gear and apparel. Assists other sales members with larger problems or questions as they arise. Helps with the day to day management of necessary tasks. Helps with training when necessary.

Repairs and builds bikes in an efficient and competent manner.

Assist’s riders in finding bikes, apparel, and any of the many goods and wares that we offer.

In-depth analysis of repairs that come in. Diagnosis problems, pulls correct parts and processes warranties. Communication between customers and mechanics relaying information in a friendly and competent manner.

Responsible for receiving and processing all items as they come into the store and preparing them to be put on the floor or into one of our warehouses.
